Grassmuck Realty, LLC is a full service realty company serving St. Charles, St. Louis, Jefferson, Franklin, Warren and Lincoln Counties.
Grassmuck Realty was started in March 2009 by Sandy Grassmuck and has been growing since. Since 2009, Grassmuck Realty has sold over 310 homes which resulted in over $58 Million in sales. In five years we have outgrown 2 offices and are occupying our 3rd location on the same block in Lake St. Louis and in February 2015 we opened a second location in Fenton.
We stay very active in our communities and believe in giving back. We are members of the following Chambers of Commerce, Western St Charles County, O’Fallon and Fenton. Realtors at Grassmuck routinely contribute and volunteer their time to local charities, schools and organizations.
When you hire Grassmuck Realty you will be hiring a team of agents that work together to make sure everyone in the company is successful and making sure our clients receive the best possible service available in the real estate industry. Our agents consist of local residents and are full time top producing agents. We pride ourselves in being your Real Estate Advisor for Life.
If you have a property out of the immediate area or even in a different state, we can still help you locate a competent Realtor in that area and then oversee the marketing and sale of your property for you. If you are a buyer being transferred out of state, we can assist you to in hiring an experienced local Buyer’s Agent to help you with your move.
