Today we started calling around to price compare our options for landlord insurance and it's not looking good. We found just a couple places that will actually insure the property and they want $1600+/year for a 660sq/ft house with basic coverage. The house is probably worth 40-45k. Anyone else on here renting in the same area? If so what are you doing for insurance?
