  It is being said Dutch Customer Service can be notoriously bad. As an expat I will refrain from any comments. With below prank (enjoy!) a few TV makers under impulse of the Flemish Television wanted to highlight the lack of customer service at Mobistar, a Belgian Telecom provider. Most unexpected, 'Matthieu from Mobistar' became famous overnight. Because of his calm and determination, representing his company as a true ambassador, Mobistar won it all. Time has come to promote individuals contributing to exceptional customer service of the businesses they help excel! If you are to recommend one individual (and the company they represent so we can pay them a visit!) in The Hague, for exceptional customer service, who would that be?
