My new bay window glass was badly damaged by Nigel's workman. Initially Nigel seemed reasonable, apologetic, keen to get matters resolved and accepted full responsibility for the damage caused. 3 months later he is now denying any fault on his or his companies part. Leaving me with unfinished job and a brand new bay window with sandpaper scratches down each glass pane. Independent sources have confirmed the damage was caused by poor standard of workmanship by the decorators. Court action will be the next step to get matters resolved.
