  Okay so me and my hub can't really afford a lawyer, so we're looking for someone with legal experience or knows of a free family lawyer consolation. Hubs ex wife has primary custody of their 12 almost 13 year old daughter, with visitation at her discretion(because she was all shady about the initial custody when she left him), and tried to get him to sign paper work allowing her to move over 140 miles away, because she's moving in with family because she's broke and "can't" find a job and is filing for bankruptcy. She has siblings with us, would be in one of the best school districts, be closer to all of our family and her friends, can afford to care for her, but she's acting all stupid about whole situation and now is suddenly able to afford a lawyer in the whole situation. Ugh. Any advice?
