About us

House Sitting Solutions operates in the greater Johannesburg area and was started in 2008 by myself, Rene Memmel. I had a clear vision to provide exceptional service for pet owners during their absences from home.

Since the inception of House Sitting Solutions, a regular client base has provided positive feedback, confirming that I have a competent team of animal-loving sitters.
I ensure that I only utilise sitters who share my affinity with animals, and passion for the well-being of your pets. My sitters and I utilise current technology to maintain contact with you via text, Whatsapp and email as often as you require or as the need arises. If you are pining for your pets, we will even arrange a Skype Video chat so that you can interact with them if you so wish.
Rest assured that your pets’ routines will remain unchanged during your absence and they will get lots of TLC. In addition, your home will be in good hands and less likely to be targeted by criminal elements if there is a daily human presence on the property.
