  Hi! Thanks for adding me to the group. I wanted to take a moment to introduce my family. We are a US Navy Family, my husband currently serves and we have to kids ages 7 and 8. We've recently bought land in Timberon #5, but we live in Norfolk VA. I had just a few questions, I know that Timberon is very small, But what are the crime rates? Mgoing from such a large area we have unfortunately become accustomed to the news reporting all manner unpleasant activates. We would like to build in the next 4-5 years but would also like to have a shed or small building for storage on the property year round, is it likely at all that it would be tampered with? Where do you do your shopping? I'm ready not a fan of large box or chain stores, we will want to utilize farmers markets and organic grocers as much as possible. Is there an outfitting or guided fly fishing company near by? Do you have a chiropractor or massage therapist local? Joel and I are both accustomed to mountain life, he hails from Chama, NM and I'm from Silverton CO. We are really looking forward to becoming part of your beautiful community.
