  Blue Cross Vet, you can phone in the morning 0216744090. Both Dr Bebbington and Dr Bernhardi is very good and experienced with rats.

  In my past experience, the 24 hr vets have not been very clued up on rats. Hope your little one survives the night, you can try Dr Grant at Rondebosch Vet Hospital or Dr Bebbington at Blue Cross. Panorama vet clinic is also excellent I've been told, although a bit further away.
