About us
A little bit about me..........The most delicious cakes I have ever tasted and will ever taste are without a doubt, my Mums. My strongest childhood memories are in the kitchen with my Mum, baking cakes, rolling pastry and cutting biscuit shapes. So today, as a mother myself, to my beautiful 3 year old Son, there's nothing I love to do more than bake with him and bake for him, to hopefully re create all my wonderful childhood memories with him. My recipe's are a mixture of what my Mum's taught me and what i've created along the way, but one thing I truly believe in using is a good old fashioned mixing bowl and wooden spoon to create that yummy homemade taste.
So after 10 years of studying and working in the Fashion Industry and creating my Fashion label, Rejoco......I have decided to hang up the sketch pads, sewing machine and pin cushions and enter the world of sugar craft, cake mixture and buttercream, and hopefully use my creative flair in a more 'tastier' industry that is.......Cupcakes by Rejoco.
