About us
We are a local food truck that runs weekdays with hot & cold lunches.
We are looking to expand our business and secure some casual/consistent catering contracts.
We are available weekends & evenings to cater company BBQ's,
meetings, sporting events, poker rallies, auctions, outdoor weddings, family re-unions, etc.
Lunch truck is equipped with 3 hot holding ovens, refrigeration, coffee/hot water urns each holding approx. 200 cups.
We are also interested in catering luncheons at your office/site and our menu can be customized to suit your needs.
We also offer bagged lunches to crews.
Lunch Truck and work kitchen are certified by Public Health Inspector and licensed by Town of Edson.
