  wanting my computer fixed $12,345 - Townsville, Queensland Unsure if this is the right place to ask but my apple laptop needs looking at. Once it's turned on I log in and it begins loading, once it gets 3/4 of the way it then shuts itself down again, when we get into the guest user it only allows us to use safari and that's it.... I have a heap of assessments on it. If it can be fixed then yippee, but if not then all I really am hoping for are all my photos, documents etc to be transferred onto a hard drive... Arghhh desperate
