  Michael D. wrote: Mike Martin built our house, it was a disaster from start to finish. He was required by the QBCC to attend to numerous issues including water ingress, incorrect use of cladding fixtures and a major rebuild of our entire balcony to name but a few. I took him to court twice over financial matters also. I would not recommend this builder to anyone.
