Established in 1993.
Regal Carpet & Upholstery cleaning had started servicing the community on 1989 and we specialized in providing quality work of carpet/upholstery and drapery cleaning and carpet installation as well. In 1994 as the California earthquake hit our community we begun a new service which was providing Emergency water damage to the entire LA and Ventura area. We begun working directly with the home owner insurance in order to not burden the insured(s)financially and had kept an excellent record with both the customer/insured and every related party on the insurance side. Regal Carpet had integrated with Regal Restoration in 2008 and is considered to be one of the busiest company in the San Fernando Valley! We work by word of mouth referral, repeat customers and local advertizing. Our data base is over 70,000 customer long and counting.

Marco knows his mold and the ramifications of living in a home with mold. His crew was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful with my elderly parents. My parent's home has an underground natural spring water source that keeps their home very damp and as a result has caused some significant health issues. After years of trying to get to the root of their health problems, we determined it might be an environmental issue in the home. I called Marco who was recommended from the air testing company (off the charts testing of mold), and 'lo and behold learned so much from him. His crew spent a week in the home scrubbing it clean, floor to ceiling, and then running a scrubber for several days. The air testing company came back to test, and the house passed with flying colors. I can't say enough about how supportive, professional, and knowledgeable Marco is. On a side note, Marco was also extremely respectful and appreciative of my father's service as a World War II vet, and the compassion he demonstrated with my father is a gift my father won't ever forget.Was this review helpful to you? -

On the other side is a utility closet that has the heater unit and some other lines that I'm guessing are part of the AC system (ac unit is on roof). Looks like water might be leaking from this PVC pipe that come down. Question, who do I call? Do I start with an AC repair company? Plumber? And do I need to call a mold company?? Help!
