A clean open kitchen allows guests to see the magic being created by our talented culinary team and a "vinyl only" music program brings genuine warmth and variety to our ambiance. Our collection ranges from NWA to Ukele favourites, feel free to request an album and if we have it we can put it in queue.
Our breakfast menu is inspired by some of the classics with our own creative flare, and of course some genuine and novel creations. Our "soon to be famous" Maple Bacon Duck Confit Waffles will crush your hunger and smash your tastebuds.
We spent months perfecting our Rotisserie chicken. The secret to our killer chicken is a multi stage process that begins days before it hits your plate. The journey begins with a special brine, followed by an air dry and "The Ruby's" signature spice rub. The chicken lounges in our rotisserie for our secret combination of times and temperatures to achieve a crisp golden brown. Paired with some of our local and seasonally inspired sides, we guarantee a smile of satisfaction.
