  The Butcher Shop on Hyw 63 between Vienna & Freeburg sells a whole or half. I believe their number is 573-744-5888. The owner can tell you who he buys his the cattle from and what they are feed, etc. We have bought cuts of meat from them but have not bought an entire half before.
