  Where do you go to get a dog with matted hair groomed? I know someone that has a senior dog and the dog will not let the owner clip the hair around it's face. I don't believe the dog is UTD on shots. I called Shelby Center but they said they can't groom him until 2 weeks after he's been vaccinated. Any suggestions?
