  Morning, I am looking for a recommendation of someone to do some house maintenance jobs over at my house that I let out in North Manchester (Heaton Park way) - I'm not a big landlord or anything - I just now live in Chorlton with my partner. Jobs include - clearing out/adjust (newish) gutters - mainly at the front, putting up a curtain rail in the bay, replacing a drawer in the kitchen, paint the front of the house.The guy I had lined up now can't do it.
