  Who remembers when Noisy Water Lodge had a resturant? I do. The Chef was Aloize Muntzer from Austria. By day he taught skiing. By night he was an incredible chef! That was my 2nd job in Ruidoso........ I was his "sous chef" and also waited tables. What a shame Ruidoso doesn't have any really nice restaurants anymore. The NW lodge, The Wild Snail... great French, European food.....I'd give ANYTHING for nice good food like this again, also a good Indian Curry resturants.
