About us
I am Lizzie Langdon, born and bred in the Chew Valley with a passion for making and baking!!!!! Growing, foraging, great baking and great company have always been the order of the day so I decided to pull my finger out and my socks up to get serious about making my dream happen, and that's how 'Home from Home' was created.
Sat on the edge of the beautiful historic village of Stanton Drew, in the Chew Valley, and nestled between the picturesque delphinium fields of Blackmore and Langdons, our coffee shop aims to give you a true 'Home from Home' experience.
Our dream is to create a relaxed surroundings where family and friends can meet and enjoy the amazing views whilst drinking awesome coffee from beans locally roasted and nibbling on a slice (or two) of homemade yummy cake, children can relish the naturally designed playarea and cool down with a delicious home made fruit smoothie and ice lolly, and walkers can take time out to put their tired feet up and enjoy a fresh homemade cream tea.
