Terms & Conditions for Thread a Little Love
Placing an Order To place an order with Thread a Little Love you can either direct message me on the page or e-mail me ~ kelly@threadalittlelove.co.uk. You can order a selection of my products from my website www.threadalittlelove.co.uk
Availability The majority of my handmade items are made to order so please contact to order. Due to certain times being extra busy I advise you to make your order well in advance to avoid disappointment. All custom orders require at least 3~4 weeks before the date you require them by to be sure you receive them in time. Custom/bespoke orders require a non refundable 50% deposit to secure your order and pay for any stock that needs to be brought in, full payment is required before I start work on any order unless discussed otherwise. All fabric designs are subject to availability. Some items can take longer to make than others and you will be given an estimated time frame for when they will be completed along with photo's of the progress to make any necessary minor changes. I will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Collection/Delivery/Packaging Customers are welcome to collect from my Shabby Loft Shop which will save delivery costs. Address: Woseley Craft Complex, Woseley Bridge, Stafford ST17 0JX. All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated on size and weight of your order Posted items will now be sent 1st class via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified via e-mail. Express delivery is available upon request. A courier service will be used for larger and heavy items. I will use the most cost effective company at that given time. I will make sure your order is well packaged and protected to prevent any damage in transit, if this means I have to use a larger box to do so then I will.
Payment Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Card Payment, Cash, Paypal or Cheque. Payment must be cleared at the time your order is placed unless discussed otherwise. If your payment fails for any reason, I will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. I retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by me and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to me if I refund any payment.
Delayed or Missing Orders If you have not received your item(s) within the time frame you requested please get in contact so I can look into this for you. I will have a track & trace number to see where your item may be. Please also note Royal Mail will not issue an item as lost until 20 working days where we can then make a claim ourselves.
Refunds/Returns Thread a Little Love only accept returns on ready made (non custom) or faulty items. This must be done up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order. Refunds are not offered on custom/bespoke items. Faulty items can be fixed or replaced if posted back to Thread a Little Love prior to photographic evidence of the faulty item as soon as it received. When returning an item I expect it to be packaged the way it was sent, safely. I hold no responsibility for damages or loss in the post on return to Thread a Little Love. I do highly advise to cover this please return signed for or tracked delivery. Return costs charges will vary depending on the circumstances.
Privacy policy I value my customers and respect your privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). I collect information about you for two reasons: to process / mail your order and to provide you with the best possible service. ** I will not share your details with any third parties for marketing purposes.**
Accuracy of content I take reasonable steps in the preparation and maintenance of this page to ensure that all prices quoted are correct at time of publishing, and that the descriptions of my products are fair and accurate. However, I do reserve the right to decline any order where there has clearly been a material error, or where there is an inaccuracy or omission in the price and/or description of any of my products and/or services as displayed or advertised on the page.
