  ISO: raw land cheap preferably 5 acres or more and preferabley near good fishing. Looking for land atleast 1 acre maybe smaller if canal or waterfront. NO mh parks! Maybe a place that has a older mh or had one but has well and septic. NO impact fees or real cheap. We dont have alot of money and like to fish alot as well as farm. Looking for a fixer up etc. But the main intrest is acres & fishing. If you have anything we might like let me know.
