  We used Seitz Wildlife Services when we discovered a colony had set up shop in the attic of our old house. We were very happy with their work. PA law forbids exclusion before August 1 st though. But you can call now and get scheduled for later in August.

  I had a raccoon on my roof tonight. I could hear scraping or chewing on the upper roof. I live in a split level. Then it jumped onto the lower roof, then nearby shrubs.. motion lights came on, watched it climb a tree in my back yard. Roof is less than a year old.
