I broke the screen on my iphone6s just 3 months after purchasing it, so I went to pulptech to have it fixed, indeed they fixed the screen and charged me 250euro for it. 2 weeks later my phone stopped working totally and ofcourse I took it back and was told that water had been found inside the phone ( something they never mentioned in the first place) and that now it was not repairable at all. So after 2 weeks my 630euro phone plus 250 euro they made me spend on the screen was all money down the drain. In my opinion they did something to my phone, cos if it had water they should have noticed and not make me spend another 250 euro. Plus I had only shattered the screen, never had water near it and went to fix it straight away. Just so every one knows! they dont always fix things!!

- was not told what treatment was done to it -- 20 euros wasted
- bad response time via email and had to wait an hour to speak to the "repair man"
- told that my phone would power on when connected to computer so that I may retrieve the data; it does not
- quite sure nothing was done to my phone at all in order to fix it after having been water logged

Charge 20 euros upfront. Say it will take a week took repeated emails for 3 weeks be told that my cell phone would cost 95 euros to repair. Then when I called at their shop, the phone would be unobtainable for two weeks !! Who would spend this kind of money on a four year old phone. Something very odd about this company.

Pulptech Malta the best customer service ever!
They replaced my Samsung S4 LCD that was still under warranty in less than 1 hr,
Basically I dropped the phone several times and the touch screen started to flicker after they have replaced it a month ago. They asked me if i have dropped it and i was honest and sincere by telling them the truth. They decided to replace it under warranty although the faulty was truly mine.
This is the best Customer service ever experienced since I moved to Malta. Well done Pulptech..
I give you 5 STARS

Totally amazing . repaired my iPhone screen at a very reasonable price, the staff was very helpful and the total repair was ready in less than an hour. had repaired some other devices in the past where I also required their after-sales service and they also proved to be the best on the island .. Thank you Pulptech , I recommend them to anyone.. Regards Mack

Waste of money guys .I paid 150 euro to fix my iPad screen and they fixed the glass but the touch screen does not work. Went back and they refused to honour the 1 month guarantee using a multitude of excuses.

based on internet recommendation i went there. i had to wait 30 minutes since it was busy... that's ok! then somebody walked up to me what i needed, told him mty iPhone 4s needed to repaired and they had a new white one in stock or a used black one for 15,- off. i decided i wanted black after 2 minutes. and waited....and waited... and waited.... after waiting almost another 15 min in asked what time it was and that i needed to work within an hour but that would involve me getting some service (that i thought i already had) right away. they apologized and ok, it can happen. i could pick up the phone 2 hours later but i was working so i would pick it up the next morning, over 12 hours later. i came there and after searching for 5 min they told me they confused to phones and that it would take another 30 min, if i could wait? no, besides, that was the second empty apology and i pointed that out to them. the against my expectation instead of giving better service they threw my phone unprepared back on the desk and told me i don't have to come back anymore.... so service? no! reasonable price, if you get lucky for repairs within 1 day, yes! overall, i rather get service and wait then go back to them again.
Another question, where can I fix my iphone screen that is totally broken? Phone works just fine..?
