  Check out the headstart program. They started a new thing for ages 0-2. They have many locations. There are many locations. Lockports is on north adam street (old DeWitt Clinton ). You go to their main office to sign them up and its free. There office is 901 24 th street, niagara falls. School starts September 8 th. When you go to fill out the application you will need copy of birth certificate, copy of insurance cards (they will make copies for you), health form from doctors, dentist form from dentist and proof of income (last years tax return, last 4 paystubs, W2).
