  We have a place right on the water that we rent out in late July through October. We live too far way to get back to it in the fall. We have terrific people take care of our place between renters. However, over the years one side of our lawn has become not so lovely due to heavy traffic! I believe it will need sod and someone to take care of it for a few weeks until established. Looking for a landscaper willing to do this project. Also wondering if fall or spring is better timing? Thank you Joanne
