  My 91 Honda didn't pass smog. Not sure why as it's rarely driven. So after spending $56.00 I now have to find a mechanic that will repair the emission problem. Any suggestions? Someone honest, reasonable/dependable. I would prefer someone who knows Japanese cars. Thanks all.
