Jay is awesome - he has done work for so many people I know - he is honest, fair and does the job the right way... make sure you know exactly what your floor company will do. I had one company that was cheaper, but they did not want to remove the shoe molding or the refrigerator! They just wanted to refinish up to it... Jay does it right!
