  Steve.... I just had Crown Exteriors out of Genoa come out last month to replace the aluminium fascia that blew off and they also replaced my trim underneath my patio door. They replaced it, caulked it and painted it. The owner Chad came out and gave a free estimate. Great people but to get started it took a few weeks do to their schedule.   Check out Crown Exteriors at 815 784 3003. They do a lot more than just painting. We live in Mulberry Grove on the west side and all our exterior wood was not properly treated before it was installed when the houses were built about 12 year ago. All the composite-wood trim has started to deteriorate. They diagnosed the problem, walked us through their solution with no shortcuts, were awesome and reasonable. We found them on Home Advisor and they will be our "go-to" home repair guys from now on.
