  I am in need of a licensed and insured professional. We were replacing some wet Sheetrock in our laundry room, once it was removed we found that there is a good bit of water damage and rotted wood. I am not sure how extensive the damage is so we would like to find someone to come and give us a quote on properly replacing the rotted wood. I am pretty sure this is a load bearing wall. We need this done ASAP, must be licensed and insured! We are located less then 5 minutes from North Rowan Elementary School.
