  Looking for puppy training classes..please comment so I know you pm me. Looking to start in January. Someone who knows what they are doing. I have a pup (pit) who is a rescue but likes to fight. ( we think she came from someone who was a fighter and has begun to train her to fight before she was rescued.) she has the scares to along with this theory. we will never know her story. She is good on a leash but loves to tug a war. She knows sit but won't stay long enough to receive treat. She is not food aggressive but she will Try to eat all the food from the other dogs. She is going on 15 weeks. She knows her name but won't always come to it. And not yet potty trained maybe 1-2 accidents during the day. My other dogs are well trained any advice and tips is welcomed.

  I have a question. Does anyone know of a good dog trainer? I'm not talking about the run of the mill Petco/Petsmart obedience training, I want a good dog trainer. Denali is the best furbutt ever but he still reacts when other dogs come by and he looks and sounds like a beast and he's not he's a little luv bug weenie. He wants to play which is fine when it's time for play. I want him to be able to walk past a dog or be able to behave if I stop and talk to someone with a dog. He's a rescue so how much of any training he's ever had, I still don't know but we've come very far and this is the only thing I haven't been able to conquer. I know of Good Dog Charlie but I don't want to pay $1,500 to send him somewhere...I want to learn hands on what I'm doing wrong or right. Thanks!
