  Hello Everyone! I'm hoping someone in here can help me or point me in the right direction. I've tried calling numerous places and searched the Internet but nothing that I want seems to be coming up. Does anyone know of a drug rehabilitation, drug counseling or outreach program in the area that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? Possibly provided by a church? I know they have such programs for low income/homeless but I'm having a hard time finding them. I'm not really looking for NA meetings, but something similar just more accountable. The outpatient drug counseling programs I've contacted all cost around $1000/month with insurance. A close friend of mine is desperately trying to get clean and better themselves but can't afford those prices. I am also aware that medi-cal fully covers these programs but they have private insurance and was told that they cannot use medi-cal because of that. Thank you in advance!
