  Hi neighbors, we just recently purchased a home and need advice/ recs for local professionals on a couple things. 1) We are looking to mount our TV over the fireplace. (Just not another practical location for it) There are nearby outlets on each side of fireplace And we not intending to use the fireplace. May turn it into equipment shelving if needed but we definitely Want to conceal all cables in wall or have very aesthetic surface mounted routing. Recommendations on how to do this?! 2) We are looking to make the landscaping more kid friendly. We will have 2 little ones running around and the yard is filled with small palm trees and thorny greens and rose bushes.
