We don't think he's in too much trouble (no crying or mewling) but has this happened to anyone else? Any recommendations for a HVAC guy or animal services person if he doesn't come out by morning?

Turn off your Hvac system and call the AWLA emergency number now. 703-931-9241. Also try the fire dept. Non emergency number if you do not hear back.
