I have a split air/con in lounge room (LG) is not working, I do not intend to have it fixed, I would prefer to buy a new one, and I probably will not get one until next summer. My question is: the compressor which is outside (naturally) I would like that removed now, do I have to call in a refrigeration mechanic to have that done. Thank you.
