  Hi everyone, can someone tell me if any petsmarts in Ottawa express anal glands for dogs? My female dog is getting that icky fish smell and seems to be due to have her hands emptied. I cannot do it myself and I think my vet may charge me quite a bit. I'd rather go to someone who is experienced. Thanks.

  I live in Gatineau and I go to the Aylmer Vet Clinic and have been for years. Dr. Varney and his team are amazing. 566 Aylmer Road, Gatineau, QC J9H 1B2 (819) 684-6456. I used to go to the Hull vet clinic and they wanted to put my previous dog down. I got a second opinion at the Aylmer clinic and they gave my baby girl almost 4 extra years to live with simple meds and food that made her kidney stones minimize in size and pass without giving her pain. I haven't looked back. My new pup has really connected with all the staff!
