  ISO licensed and insured contractor who will both show up and actually get me a bid. I've tried 4 companies in town the past two months and haven't had any luck! Please let me know if you can recommend someone, thanks!

  Contact the Williams county building dept. They can give you a list of every project going on in the county and the contractor. You can look up the company on the state website and check there license and insurance

  Make who ever does your work pull permit! Make them show you the permit. You can not pull a permit in Williams county with out a ND license . Then check the inspection log that must remain on site. That way you know that your inspections have been done I am a former Williams county building inspector
