  Kia ora koutou, I'm looking for a great local roofing contractor who can remover a disused chimney and patch up a small section of my roof. I discovered on Saturday, after having a small leak in my ceiling on Friday, that the seal around the chimney is broken and water had been pooling above the chimney. Inevitably, the water has been coming down into the roof space, but I don't know for how long. There could be some damage, especially with all the rain we've had in the last two months, but it needs to be fixed up ASAP to prevent more. So if anyone has any recommendations that would be great.
