Looking for recommendations on contractors or companies that handle home remodeling/updating, etc. We just purchased a home in Gilbert but it needs some minor electrical work, minor plumbing, etc. We have a long list of items from the home inspection that need to be addressed so we are looking for a company who can look at this list and give us an estimate of what the work will cost so that we can take this back to the sellers and request a credit for the closing. (We would also use the company for the work) We only have a few days to get this figured out) Thanks!
