  Sewer Pipe Repair: Wondering if anyone has been served a letter from the city stating that your private sewer pipe failed a smoke test therefore they are requiring property owners to repair it in short order or else have an abatement process initiated. One of those things that never get brought up on a home inspection:( Any recommendations for good contractors to carry out the work? Or dealing with the city's assessment program? Thanks in advance!
