  I got a roofer coming Mon to fix my patio roof and new gutters in w couple of weeks. Now I need someone who can replace the stairs to the deck, maybe do some work to the outside of it, make a hatch door for an opening to the attic in the garage and paint . Work on the deck will depend on how much damage the rain did. Also some dry rot around the edge. Also need and electrician to put a couple plugs on front poach and replace some old ceiling fans and install two new new ones. New ones will be where there is no outlets so must be able to run wiring as well as install.
