A little bit about me....

I am self taught. I have previous experience baking in a commercial kitchen, and countless hours standing beside my Grandmother in her kitchen. Currently I bake from home with no retail shop.

I only work with buttercream as I believe that this has an amazing taste and makes the cake or cupcakes more affordable.

I love to try new recipes and designs. So if you want something, please just ask.
