Has anyone had a chimney breast removed in their Victorian house that can advise us on what we need to do? We are in the conservation area. Does that matter? Would be good to get an idea of costs as well.
Any help appreciated

I don't know a cost as I was getting other things done at the same time. Archie Cunningham is good though, a fair price and did a v. good job. He's based in stony, his website is http://www.archdean.co.uk
