  Cassie L. wrote: The worst experience I have every had with a photographer. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back, which she has refused to give back. I was to have family photos taken in April. She cancelled the appointment and never rescheduled. I have tried relentlessly to contact her and schedule a new time. She does not communicate at all. If you attempted to communicate on her FB wall then she will delete your comments. I don't want anyone to go through this same issue. She has no customer service at all and good luck ever talking to her.
