Riverside Heating & Plumbing Owner Jim Desjarlais has been serving the plumbing needs of clients for 37 years, and his passion to provide the best possible customer experience continues today. He is proud to be part of a family business, acting as a partner and mentor to his 3 sons, who are also licensed plumbers. “Each new day, I want to train everyone that works with me and that I know, to be better than me and know more than me,” Jim said. “We are looking to promote honesty, creativity, reliability and are hoping to give clients satisfaction and peace of mind. I am happy every day to get up and help people learn and know what I have learned from others in this field of expertise.“

Cory W. wrote: Completely unprofessional. This company will book you in and assure you they are going to help you then not even show up to do the work. And even after not showing up they will not take the time to give you a call to say they cant make it. Once you finally get a hold of them to find out why they did not call or show up they will tell you that because your job is not as important as others, this is when all the excuses start coming. If you want good customer service definitely look for another company.Thank you for your feedback.
