  Hey fellow shaw neighbors, I have a situation with my landlord. Since I have moved into my apartment in June, there has been a ceiling leak anytime it rains. I have notified him in person, in letters, and on the phone. I get the same story about it being the gutters needing to be cleaned out or they are going to get a roofer to look at it... nothing has been done to fix the problem. This morning my bathroom floor was soaked and the the other leak is next to the ceiling light. Anyone have suggestions what I can do to get him to do his job? Financially I can't move out without my deposit.

  Try calling the neighborhood association at (314) 771.3101 or the housing corporation at 314.865-5530 to see if they have any resources for tenants
