  Rainier pinned a Vortex on an LMT 14.5 barrel for me. Quality was excellent. This was a few years back and I can't remember how much it was. I lived 25 miles from there so, no shipping cost. Another outfit you may want to look into is Adco Firearms. I don't have first-hand experience with them but, I have friends that have used them and they are quite happy. Adco does some other interesting things like fluting and dimpling barrels. adcofirearms.com
