  I am looking for a professional house cleaner for as affordable as possible. House is located in East Vancouver, about 1400 square feet, and will be empty - this is a rental move out clean. One story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Need floor to ceiling clean - including all surfaces (inside windows, counters, floors, etc.), bathrooms, carpets vacuumed, and (really important) blinds cleaned. Prefer licensed and insured, and must have references and be able to provide a receipt. Thanks!
