  Hi Jill. My oven did the same thing, twice in a row and I did research and found out it is a faulty design. Expensive oven and I have to clean manually from now on. Anyway, I always use Don's Maytag on Hwy 99 ((541) 688-4817). They've repaired my oven and washing machine. Their guys have always known what they're doing. I've been happy with them. If you call around to different places, find out how they charge. They do it in 15 minute increments or something, I can't remember. Good Luck.
