About us
Hi my name is Faryal Khan. I am registered with the council and insured as well. I have certificate of food hygiene level 2. I do not run a big business and I do everything at my home from scratch till the end. My house has been inspected by EHO (environmental health officer) and I have a permission to do my small cake business at home. So, you know you are in safe hands.
I make custom cakes so, please do not hesitate If you have got something in your mind and I will try my best to give that a true picture.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
*I would appreciate if you book in advance. There will be extra charges for urgent orders.
*In order to reserve your date you will have to pay half the bill in advance.
*Incase of cancellation 20% of the bill amount will be non-refundable. However you can change the date of your order(depends on availability) if inform me 10 days in advance.
*Please inform me if you have any food allergies as, I do not make cakes suitable for them.
*I do not deliver cakes. so if you are ordering something then you will have to arrange pick up from my place.
*Once i handover the cake to the customer in a good condition then after that i do not take any responsibility of damage to the cake.
*If you cause any damage to the cake and wish me to fix your cake then, There will be extra charges for that.
