  Looking for preschool recommendations for my 3yo (turning 4 in December) son. Not a pre-k program, but more like a head start or pre-pre-k program. He won't be ready for pre-k until the fall of 2016. But I'm looking for more than just a daycare, I want my son to be in a structured environment with an educational curriculum. Must be in Carson/Stevenson area. Also any info on costs/financial assistance/etc, or even warnings of places to stay away from would be great. Google hasn't been much help, unfortunately. I found the Head Start in Carson, but was hoping someone knows how much they charge? Thanks!

  If you're planning on filling out an application for head start, you better get it in there soon! There may even be a waiting list. Cecilia is the center coordinator, she may be there although HS is done for the year. 509-427-5815 Rosie at EHS might be there with an app.Or you will have to call the main office in Hood River for more details.
